Refund Policy

We believe you’re going to LOVE your purchases from the statement society, but in case something doesn’t fit like you hoped below is our refund policy:

To initiate a return, please email us at info@thestatementsociety.com and we will send you specific instructions and return address for shipping.
Most merchandise can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase as long as all original tags are in place.
The item(s) you are returning must be unworn, unwashed and free of any makeup or deodorant stains.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Shoes may be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size as long as there is no sign of wear.
No restocking fee will be charged to the buyer.
Accessories and sale items are final sale.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@thestatementsociety.com within 72 hours of receipt of your item. Please include a photo of the damaged/defective item in your email.
